and I thought I would take a minute to respond. Why respond here and not on
the Forum? Well that is simple this is My area and I don't want to ruffle any feathers.

As far as other comments, BACK ORDERS and products not received.
Unfortunately many rocketry companies that supply us are one or
two man operations. These companies often run into supply or
delivery problems. Our fault is believing that they can deliver
and leave the items as “in stock” on our web site."
My response ( or 2 cents):
Being one of Commonwealths new suppliers and also a
Very small company I thought I would respond to this.
They do have a point that we do run out of stock and
need time to replenish. I can't speak for other companies
only myself when I say that a typical order from me to one of my
dealers ... with everything in stock usuall takes about 2 weeks
from the time they place the order to the time they receive it.
Why that long if evrything is in stock?
Well 1st they place the order, then they send me the payment which
usually takes about 3-7days to receive, then I ship out and
that takes about another week from the time I ship to the time they
receive it.
Now if they place a order and I don't have all of it in stock then I
may need to order supplies in order to fill the order and depending
on my suppliers this could hold up the order for a couple additional weeks.
However I do let them know if there is a hold up in there order.
Now how can we speed up the process and avoid the Dealers running out?
Well plainly put the dealers need to place there orders before they run out
of stock. And at least with me if my dealer happens to run out before they
place there next order and they get a order for one of my kits I have no problem
with the dealer calling me up and if I have the item in stock I will gladly ship it
right out directly to their customer for them. I have already done this for one of my
other dealers.
Anyway that's my 2 cents.
